How to Top-up
So now you're on board, how do you Top-up, where do you do it, and all that good stuff?
Buying a Top-up
Right now, you have two options.
- You can buy from one of our phone and SIM retailers - currently that's our friends at Dick Smith and Warehouse Stationery. You can find your nearest one of those on our store locator. Choice.
- Or you can hit up any of the literally thousands upon thousands of Top-up locations nationwide where you see an Epay, Ezi Pay, Smartpay, TopUPNZ or Touch Networks sign - at dairies, cafes, servos and the like.
- Please note that we do not currently have the ability to take credit card or debit card transactions for Top-up via our call centre, the Skinny Mobile Menu on your phone or online. If you need to Top-up, you need to buy a voucher via the outlets above. We are working on this and will introduce credit card & debit card Top-up as soon as we can.
Entering a Top-up voucher
Once you have your Top-up voucher, you have two options for entering it.
- The quickest way is to use the Skinny Mobile Menu from your phone - Just dial *888*1*1#, hit call, enter the 12 digit voucher rechardge number and hit reply. We'll confirm your Top-up has been processed and what your balance is on screen, and send you a text as well.
- Or if you prefer you can dial 204 from your phone (it's a free call), select option 1 and option 1 again. Now enter the 12 digit voucher recharge number, followed by the # key and you are done. We'll confirm there and then that your Top-up was successful, and send you a text as well, including letting you know what your new account balance is. Sorted.
