All sorted? Now you probably want to change your plan, maybe select an Add-on, stuff like that right?
Your Skinny phone comes automatically registered to our Loose Lips plan (and the first week is free), but we know that everyone's different.
If you happen to be more of the texting than talking type you might want to opt-out of Loose Lips at the end of that first week and add our Busy Fingers plan instead, or if you really chew through the data you should think about going with a plan and our 120MB data Add-on.
If you want to just run on our standard rates, you can make that change easily too. Here's how.
How to change your plan
To change your plan, or cancel it (heaven forbid) just give us a call. From your Skinny phone it's free, just dial 204. From another phone call us on 0800 4SKINNY (0800 475 4669).
Please note that you cannot exchange the value of the free 1st week on our Loose Lips plan for credit and use this to pay for changing to our Busy Fingers plan, or for using Skinny services at our standard rates.
Stuff you need to know about changing plans
When you change your Skinny Prepaid Plan, your plan’s renewal date and time will be reset to the date and time when you change your plan. You will still be able to use any remaining included calls/text/data associated with the plan you are changing from, until that plan’s expiry date.
You are able to change your Skinny Prepaid Plans any number of times if there is sufficient credit in your Skinny Prepaid Account to cover the charges for any plan changes.
Cancelling your plans and Add-ons
You can cancel your Skinny Prepaid Plan, and stop a Combo and any associated Add-ons from auto-renewing, by calling us.
If you cancel a Combo, any associated Add-Ons, will also be cancelled.
Any unused calls, texts and/or data quota on a Combo, and any associated Add-on, that remains at the time the Combo is cancelled, will be available for use until its expiry date/time.
