Important stuff to know before starting:

Make sure your SIM is active (see our get started section for how) before you ask us to bring your number over please, folks.
Please note that we've got a shedload of these to process. We'll try to give you a ring within in 24 - 48 hours. We won't do anything until we've spoken to you personally, and checked that it's a convenient time to proceed with the transfer - your number will stay with your old provider until then. Once you have given us the nod to start, it'll take 3-4 hours to actually magic your old number over to Skinny.

Before we can process this change it is important that you read, understand and accept the following:

By transferring your mobile number to Skinny, your old service provider will disconnect the services currently for that number and you will lose any unused credit.
After transferring your number to Skinny, some services currently associated with your number today may not be supported by Skinny. Please check our service terms before proceeding.
If you were an 'on account' customer with your previous mobile provider, we recommend you check the terms and conditions of your contract with your previous provider as there may be outstanding obligations which may include early contract termination fees and porting fees.
